All Francis Friday

by True Restoration · February 14, 2014

St. Valentine

Prince Bertrand of Orleans-Braganza entreats Francis to explain his support of the Marxist movement in Brazil in this lengthy but well-written letter, via Tradition, Family, and Property.

Michael Brendan Dougherty, writing for The Week, takes a hard look at Francis' habit of criticizing other Catholics.

Despite dismal Mass attendance statistics, Francis tells Catholics who "don't feel in need of God's mercy" to skip Mass.  Sunday Mass obligation is not mentioned in the Catholic Herald article.

Novus Ordo Watch reports that historian Robert de Mattei has joined Mario Palmaro and Alessandro Gnocci in the "fired from Radio Maria for criticizing Francis" section of the unemployed.  He was openly critical of Francis' handling the Franciscan Friars of the Immaculate.
