Autumn has descended upon the Northern Hemisphere, as we enter the month dedicated to the Holy Souls in Purgatory. We must never forget these souls who are so in need of our prayers, whether they be family, friends, or complete strangers. Do not forget them this month! Help them to finally reach their heavenly home! Remember also, as we pray for them and watch the leaves of Autumn fall from their trees, that we too shall die one day; perhaps sooner than we think. During these final days of the Liturgical Year remember to mediate on the Four Last Things and our own final end. Memento Mori...
