Looking at the Church's calendar in the month of September, one cannot fail to see that it is chock full of Feast days in honor of Our Lady: The Nativity of the Blessed Virgin Mary, the Seven Sorrows of Our Lady, Our Lady of Ransom.
Why are there so many Feasts in this particular month in honor of Our Lady? Isn't May supposed to be the month of the Blessed Virgin? Most Catholics do not view September as a devotional month to Her, but without question it is.
